This platform was developed as a prototype for an urban e-participation platform within the master thesis From urban conflict to innovation by social networking: the case of Valparaíso of Sofia Vargas-Koch and created our understanding of leapfrogging. This project evolved to an important channel to encourage local citizen participation in many different ways.
